Meet Elizabeth

I’m a licensed occupational therapist (OT) with over 15 years experience working with clients with diverse mental and physical health challenges.
My clinical expertise, along with my training in organizational strategies and interior design principles, allows me to help clients achieve a healthier balance with the items in their homes, a space that supports their wellbeing, and daily habits that helps them thrive.
I specialize in working with youth and adults who struggle with daily living and organization because of mental health and brain-based challenges (e.g. ADHD, mild concussion)— but honestly, anyone who needs support is welcome!
Our homes have a profound impact on our wellbeing—clutter can add stress and hold us back, while a thoughtfully organized space can bring healing and freedom.
Since clutter and disorganization are often difficult to talk about, I approach these difficulties with compassion and non-judgment. Part of my role is to help you to take charge of your life and develop lasting self-awareness and skills.
