I offer therapy sessions for busy professionals and individuals facing challenges in maintaining order and structure in their homes and lives.

In our sessions, we will explore challenges and find new perspectives. We will sort, organize, and develop personalized organization systems, practical strategies, and new habits.

My approach goes beyond just tidying up; it helps you uncover emotional or cognitive barriers to organization, and create lasting change in both physical (home) and mental spaces.

During this FREE 20-minute phone or video call, we'll chat about your situation and determine if working together is a good fit.

ASSESSMENT & PLANNING
(IN HOME OR VIRTUAL)

We'll tour your space, discuss your priorities, and create a customized organization plan. We'll organize one small area so you can start to see results right away!

 SESSIONS BEGIN

Following our organization plan, we'll work together at a manageable pace to declutter and organize your space and develop strategies that support your life.

Each organizing session has been thoughtfully designed to last 2 hours, allowing ample time to make meaningful progress without overwhelming or exhausting you. This duration helps maintain focus and energy, ensuring a productive and positive experience.

  • Includes decluttering of one small area

SLIDING SCALE

I offer a sliding scale rate to make my services more accessible to those in need. This option is available for a limited number of clients, so please reach out to discuss options.

VIRTUAL ORGANIZING SESSION

  • Offered virtually via secure video platform across Ontario, Canada

  • Duration: 60 minutes*​​​

  • Includes email support in between sessions

  • Detailed invoices provided​ for insurance
