
Elizabeth Eacrett (she/her) holds a B.A. (hons) English - Professional Writing degree from the University of Waterloo and a MSc. degree in Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy from the University of Toronto.

Since 2009, she has been working with youth and adults as a licensed occupational therapist in hospital, community, and clinic settings. For the past 10 years, she has been running a private practice in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
Elizabeth's passion is helping to support individuals to engage more fully and functionally in their life's roles and activities so they can enjoy better quality of life. She has extensive training in mental health, cognitive functioning, and organizational strategies. A particular focus of Elizabeth's work has been with Canadian Forces Veterans living with PTSD, brain injury, and complex health needs. Elizabeth's expertise also includes working with individuals with Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, chronic fatigue, chronic pain, and other health challenges.
