In addition to therapy and treatment services, I offer a variety of Specialized Consultations aimed at supporting your comfort, functioning, and well-being at home.

ERGONOMIC EVALUATIONS

VISIT DURATION: 60 minutes

COST: $250 (includes a summary report documenting recommendations)

Ergonomic evaluations are for individuals working from home and help in identifying and addressing factors that contribute to pain, fatigue, or reduced productivity. 

​

Assessments are done in person, in your home office* and include workstation setup, posture, equipment use, and work habits.

​

Individualized recommendations are provided to support comfort, efficiency, and long-term well-being.

FUNCTIONAL SPACE PLANNING

Functional Space Planning consultations are conducted in person, in the home* or virtually and help you set up spaces in your home (e.g., entryways, kitchens, bathrooms, etc.) that support your daily activities.

 

Using an occupational therapy lens, I assess how your space aligns with your needs and routines, and provide personalized recommendations for:

  • Furniture layout and setup to promote comfort, accessibility, and task flow

  • Storage and organization solutions that reduce visual clutter, prompt tasks, and reinforce habits

  • Product suggestions tailored to your goals, space, and sensory or ergonomic needs

VISIT DURATION: 90 minutes

COST: $350 (includes a report documenting recommendations)

FAMILY ORGANIZATION PLANNING

Family Organization Planning consultations are designed for busy parents who want to simplify daily life, improve household flow, and reduce stress for everyone at home. 

 

Consultations are offered in person, in your home* or virtually, and include an assessment of shared spaces, such as entryways, living rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms.

 

You'll receive personalized recommendations for:

  • High and low tech tools to support better organization, communication, and task follow-through

  • Storage and organization solutions that reduce visual clutter, prompt routines, and make it easier for everyone to participate in household tasks

  • Practical shifts in routines and habits to lower stress and increase family harmony
